(I think the teacher's always more nervous than the kids!)

Thank you to everyone for bringing along a piece of fruit. We had lots of fruit kebabs - some of the lunch boxes might come home a bit full today!!!

100 Days of Learning!!!

Just a reminder that Friday 4th is our 100 Days of Learning Celebration. Room 2 can wear whatever they like (PJs, costumes, favourite colours etc) Remember to bring your piece of fruit to add to the kebab pile as well.  

Skip Counting

We have been working on using skip counting to solve problems. Today we used the teddies to hide in the caves (cups). We were discussing how many groups and how many teddies in each group. This is to help solve problems like - 3 groups of 2

NZ Play House Form

Just a reminder to get the Play House forms/money back to school. The shows have always been really good and this one sounds like it will be pretty fantastic too! If you need another form, just let us know.  

Class Newsletter

Here is a newsletter that is an overview of what we will be learning in Room 2 this term. It also has some information about the upcoming events for this term and some for early next term as well. 

Learning Interviews

Just a reminder to get your forms back by Monday for the learning interviews. If you haven't received a green notice like this, just email me or ring the office and we can sort it out. The meetings are a great chance to see what your child is able to do in their learning and what their next steps are.
